in the large public parking lots to allow for snow clearing.
However, day-time parking is available at reasonable rates
Most hotels have over-night parking, but the rates are somewhat unattractive.
One alternative is a third party provider

Municipal parking:
Conference Centre/ Underground $10/24hrs $5/evening $30/monthly; max stay =168hrs
Library Underground $10/24hrs $5/evening $30/monthly; max stay = 24hrs
"max stay" means continuous uninterrupted stay without movement of the vehicle
